ORDER
To place an order, you must follow the online purchase process and click on "Complete Purchase". You will then receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Once it has been processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation by email.
DELIVERY
We will send your order within the timeframe indicated on the website according to the selected shipping method, and in any case within a maximum of 5 days from the order confirmation date. If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of the situation and offer you the option to continue with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The prices listed on the website include VAT but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount payable. Once you have selected all the items you wish to buy, they will be added to your cart, and the next step will be to proceed with the checkout and payment. To do this, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, completing or verifying the information requested at each stage.
REFUND
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. To return them, please confirm in writing by emailing us at: info@abenval.com.
Once we receive your email, we will contact you to confirm whether the return or exchange is possible. Items must be in their original packaging without damage, or in packaging of similar quality, unused, and sent to our studio at your own expense.
We will refund the full amount of the returned items once they arrive safely at our studio and the return is processed. In case of a refund, the amount will be issued using the same payment method, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be processed within 15 business days.
